Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange, under the conditions listed below.
Condition of Return: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
How to Return an Item

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack and Ship: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging . You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the return is approved and process your refund.
Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refund Processing Time: After we confirm that your return meets all conditions, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we suggest processing a return for the item you no longer want and placing a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items
We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll gladly assist you with a return and send you a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.
Late Returns
